Santa Rosa Plateau Docent Training
The Santa Rosa Plateau Ecological Reserve will be hosting its annual training course for people interested in learning and sharing the Plateau’s unique history. Training sessions are designed to educate attendees in the natural and cultural resources of the Plateau, and to teach the professional techniques used to share this information with visitors.
Completing a majority of the nine week program will prepare volunteers for duties including program presentations, various clerical duties, staffing of the Reserve’s Visitor Center, and trail patrol.
Training sessions will begin Saturday October 13th, at 9:30 am at the Reserve’s Visitor Center on Clinton Keith Road, four miles west of Interstate 15 near Murrieta.
