REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Consultant Design Services for site planning, including water efficient landscaping, a new, pre-fabricated restroom building, and improved security system at the San Timoteo Schoolhouse facility of the Riverside County Regional Park & Open-Space District, Riverside County, California
The Riverside County Regional Park and Open-Space District (District) is seeking proposals from experienced design firms to provide design services for the aforementioned park site. The project site is located at 31985 San Timoteo Canyon Road between Redlands and Beaumont, California.

The current project will be funded through Development Impact Fees, funds from the 5th District Supervisor, and the District’s General Fund. The project’s construction budget is $300,000.
Issuance of this Request for Proposals (RFP) and the administration of any subsequent contract will be performed by the District. All inquiries regarding this RFP must be in writing and faxed to:

A MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING SHALL BE HELD ON THURSDAY JANUARY 10, 2008 at 10:30 A.M. AT THE SAN TIMOTEO SCHOOLHOUSE SITE.
Please submit five (5) copies of your proposals no later than 3:00 PM, JANUARY 29, 2008.
PROPOSALS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED DIRECTLY TO THE RIVERSIDE COUNTY REGIONAL PARK & OPEN-SPACE DISTRICT AT THE ADDRESS GIVEN ABOVE BY DELIVERY THROUGH A COMMERCIAL CARRIER, BY HAND DELIVERY OR BY CERTIFIED MAIL.
Proposals sent by regular mail, fax or email will NOT be accepted.
