SANTA ROSA PLATEAU IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
The Riverside County Regional Park & Open-Space District (District) seeks Statements of Qualifications for a consulting firm to design and prepare construction documents for a patio area, interpretive trail, entry signage and other improvements at the Santa Rosa Plateau Visitor Center in Murrieta, California. The project’s total budget (including consulting fees) of $700,000.

A MANDATORY PRE-SUBMISSION MEETING SHALL BE HELD ON MARCH 26, 2008 at 1:30 P.M. AT THE SANTA ROSA PLATEAU VISITOR CENTER, 39400 CLINTON KEITH ROAD, MURRIETA, CA 92562
Please submit five (5) copies of your proposals no later than 3:00 P.M, APRIL 9, 2008. Proposals Are To Be Submitted to the riverside county regional park & open-space district at the address given above, not to the Santa Rosa Plateau visitor center, by delivery through a commercial carrier, by hand delivery or by certified mail.
