The COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, herein called Owner, invites sealed proposals for:
WOOD SHINGLE ROOF REPLACEMENT FOR JENSEN ALVARADO HISTORIC RANCH: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, material, parts, tools, equipment, transportation and services necessary to remove existing wood shingle roofing and replace with wood shingle roofing on three (3) buildings within the ranch complex. These buildings are all on the National Register of Historic Places.
LOCATION: Jensen Alvarado Historic Ranch 4307 Briggs Road Riverside, CA 92509
