11th Annual Art and Education Exhibit
Santa Rosa Plateau Ecological Reserve presents…
“Revealing the Unseen- Artistic Views of a Protected Landscape”
July 12 - September 21, 2008
The art and education exhibit will be on view at the Visitor Center, 39400 Clinton Keith Road, through September 21, 2008. More than twenty artists are presenting their work. Visitors may enjoy viewing facets of the Santa Rosa Plateau in air-conditioned comfort and combine the art show with a trail hike to better expand their understanding of nature’s web of life.
The theme of this year’s exhibit focuses on land within the Santa Rosa Plateau Ecological Reserve which is restricted for scientific study. Artists display their interpretation of this land through photography, watercolor, oil paint and sculpture. The art is available for purchase and sales benefit the Reserve’s education program.
