Request for Statements of Qualification to Pre-Qualify Land Surveying Firms for
Work in Park Facilities in the Regional Park & Open-Space District
and Parks Department of Riverside County, California. The Riverside County Regional Park & Open-Space District and Parks Department (”District”) is seeking Statements of Qualifications from licensed land surveying firms who wish to be placed on a pre-qualified list of land surveyors to provide land surveying services for park facilities throughout Riverside County.
Projects will be funded through the State of California, Development Impact Fees, and/or General Funds.
Issuance of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and the administration of any subsequent contract will be performed by the District. All inquiries regarding this RFQ must be made in writing and faxed to:

Click on the “Go” box under the words “Public Planroom” on the lower left side of the screen. Then, enter the words “Pre-Qual Land Surveyors” at the “Find” box on the “Public Planroom” tab, push “Go” and you will see the project name appear in the screen below. Click on the project number and you will be taken to the screen where you will be able to view the documents without charge or purchase them.
There will be no pre-submittal meeting held.
Five (5) copies of your Statement of Qualifications (S.O.Q.) will be due no later than 3:00 PM, Monday, Sept. 22, 2008, DELIVERED DIRECTLY TO THE RIVERSIDE COUNTY REGIONAL PARK & OPEN-SPACE DISTRICT AT THE ADDRESS GIVEN ABOVE BY DELIVERY THROUGH A COMMERCIAL CARRIER, BY HAND OR BY CERTIFIED MAIL.
S.O.Q. sent by regular mail, fax or email will NOT be accepted.
Consultants submitting S.O.Q. must hold a current license issued by the State of California.
