<p>Vessel Inspection consists of an entry inspection as well as an exit inspection of vessels at the park. The inspections consist of:</p>

<li>Alert boaters of their responsibility upon leaving the lake</li>

<li><strong>Exit Inspection:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Inspect all exposed surfaces - clean, drained &amp; dried</li>
<li>Drain all water and dry areas</li>
<li>Drain and dry lower outboard unit</li>
<li>empty and dry buckets</li>
<li>all bait properly disposed via trash receptacle</li>
<li>Receive information on recommended waiting period between launches</li>
</ul>

<li>Notification of entry vessel inspections and exit inspections. Non compliance will result in denied access whether here for the day or weekend camping.</li>

<li>Waiting period between launches: 7-10 days prior to launching at another lake, due to the fact that lake skinner contains Quagga Muscles</li>

Consultant Design Services for a new splash pad, outdoor stage, and multi-purpose trails at the Lake Skinner Recreation Area of the Riverside County Regional Park &amp; Open-Space District, Riverside County, California. The Riverside County Regional Park and Open-Space District (“District”) is seeking proposals from experienced design firms to provide design services for the aforementioned park site. The project site is located within the Lake Skinner Recreation Area at the intersection of Warren and Borel Roads in Winchester, California.<span id="more-358"></span></p>
<p>The current project will be funded through Development Impact Fees.<br />

There is an admission fee to the Festival which includes the entertainment but not food or beverages.<span id="more-246"></span></p>
