The Gilman Historic Ranch and Wagon Museum preserves, celebrates, and interprets the history of California, from the Cahuilla Indians to the exploration and settlement of southern California and the San Gorgonio Pass, including the homestead ranch of James Marshall Gilman. Come and explore your gateway to the western frontier.

Directions:

  • Take the I-10 freeway to the city of Banning.
  • Exit on Sunset Ave. and turn North.
  • Turn right onto Wilson St.
  • At the intersection of Wilson St. & 19th St. turn left into our entrance.

Hours:

  • Public visitation every Saturday 10:00AM-4:00PM (Adults @ $2.00 each, Children 12yrs. and younger @ $1.00 each, and Dogs @ $1.00 each).
  • Programs and Tours for groups of 15 people or more by appointment only Tuesdays through Thursdays (prices vary).
